Sign Up: Visit our sign-up form at https://forms.gle/EHDbyrtbagQY82Rz7 and sign up to be a part of the Education Easy Audiobook Team. By signing up, you will receive further instructions via email and access to the necessary resources.
 

Join the WhatsApp Group Chat:  Join our WhatsApp group chat by following this link: https://shorturl.at/wMP06. The group chat will serve as a platform for communication, collaboration, and support throughout the audiobook creation process.
 

Audiobooks Selection: Shortly after joining the WhatsApp group you will receive an email with 5 links for books. Navigate through the links and record the short stories/fairy tales. 
 

Recording Your Voice: Using voice recording apps like Voice Memos (for iOS) or Easy Voice Recorder (for Android) on your smartphone, record your voice narrating the selected educational materials. Find a quiet environment, use a good-quality microphone, and speak clearly to ensure the best audio quality.
 

File Naming Convention: To keep track of and organise the recordings properly, please title each audio file with your name and the topic or name of the book you are narrating.
 

Uploading to Google Drive: After recording and naming your files, upload them to the designated Audiobook Google Drive folder. You will receive access to the folder once you join the WhatsApp group chat. This will allow our team to access the files and work on compiling the audiobooks. 
 

Collaboration and Feedback: Throughout the process, our team will provide guidance and support. We encourage collaboration among team members, so feel free to share your progress, seek feedback, and offer suggestions to ensure the highest quality audiobooks for visually impaired children
